In April 2026, all Public Officers will be required to declare their Income, Assets and Liabilities as prescribed under Section 5(1) of the Leadership Code Act, Cap 33. The Public Officers will submit their declarations using the Inspectorate of Government Online Declaration System (IG-ODS). The Inspectorate of Government is in the process of updating the IG-ODS Register of all Public Officers.
Please note:

1. Public officers are urged to commence preparation to declare from 1st April to 30th April as required by law.
2. All public officers who will not have submitted their declarations by 30th April 2026 will be arraigned before the leadership Code Tribunal.
